A stress-free service where we take care of everything from beginning to end
​With the premium design service, INVISION Design Solutions will work together with you as your advocate, co-ordinator and creative partner from concept to completion through our 10-step design process. After working through the design concept and completing a full design package, we will take away the stress and do all of the work of co-ordinating with contractors, ordering and installing furniture, and styling the finished space, so you can sit back and enjoy the final reveal.

Consultation
We'll start with a 2-hour working session to assess your project

Research & Analysis
​We will conduct a site analysis, research project requirements, and collect inspiration to determine schematic design direction.

Concept Design
We will create a holistic design concept of your space, considering all aspects of the project with the use of 3D renderings.

Budget Planning
We will assist with full-picture budget planning to determine the final plan moving forward

Design Development
The design comes together as we source finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, and develop all of the design details.

Documentation
We capture all the details of the design in a precise and thorough package of interior design construction drawings and schedules

Construction
We will navigate the stress of construction, collaborating with your contractor, problem-solving as challenges arise.

Furnishings
Sit back and relax while we provide procurement services for the furnishings, window treatments, and artwork to complete the space.

Styling
The completed space will be fully styled for a magazine-worthy final reveal

Close Out
We will leave you will a full package of drawings, maintenance instructions and warranty information as you enjoy your new space.

Prices start at $20,000 +HST, based on size and scope of project. Customized proposal provided after design consultation. As a guideline, you can expect full service design costs to be equivalent to approximately 10-15% of the project budget.
