BASIC DESIGN SERVICE
A detailed conceptual design plan to develop and implement on your own or to assess feasibility for your residential project
A detailed conceptual plan that can be used as a feasibility study to determine whether embarking on major renovation or new build will align with your project goals and budget. Or, for more of the hands-on type, this service can provide a design concept for you to develop and implement yourself or with your contractor. After assessing the existing space and determining design direction, we will create a detailed, dimensioned space plan, and develop the design with 3D renderings depicting the types of colours, materials and furnishings to meet your needs and capture your personal style. This service includes steps 1 - 3 of our signature 10-step design process. At the end of this service, you will have a conceptual drawing package consisting of 2D plans and 3D conceptual renderings depicting a complete vision for your new space.
This service is a fit for you if:

You're not sure how much a renovation will cost, and you're looking for a preliminary design that you can use to determine a realistic budget for your project

You have a contractor that you're working with or are planning to act as your own contractor for your project, but need a plan and some visual tools to communicate the work you'd like to have done.

You enjoy shopping and have time to do your own sourcing for your project, but you need some guidance on how to pull together a cohesive space with a clear reference point as you select your own finishes, fixtures, & furnishings
Prices start at $5,000 + HST, based on the size and scope of the project. Time Frame: 4-6 weeks. Customized proposal provided after design consultation
