Basic Design Service
A detailed conceptual design plan to develop and implement on your own or to assess feasibility for your residential project
A detailed conceptual plan that can be used as a feasibility study to determine whether embarking on major renovation or new build will align with your project goals and budget. Or, for more of the hands-on type, this service can provide a design concept for you to develop and implement yourself or with your contractor. After assessing the existing space and determining design direction, we will create a detailed, dimensioned space plan, often exploring two different plan options if needed. We will develop one of these plans with 3D renderings depicting the types of colours, materials and furnishings to use to meet your needs and capture your personal style. At the end of this service, you will have a conceptual drawing package consisting of 2D plans and 3D conceptual renderings depicting a complete vision for your new space.

Consultation
We'll start with a 2-hour working session to assess your project

Research & Analysis
We will conduct a site analysis, research project requirements, and collect inspiration to determine schematic design direction.

Concept Design
We will create a holistic design concept of your space, considering all aspects of the project with the use of 3D renderings.
Prices start at $5,000 + HST, based on size and scope of project. Time Frame: 4-6 weeks. Customized proposal provided after design consultation
