For those looking for assistance with the entire scope of design, INVISION Design will pull together a complete, detailed design package for your project. After the concept is approved, we will develop the design into detailed construction drawings including floor plans, lighting & electrical layouts, elevations and design details. We will co-ordinate with the required consultants for your project (architects, technologists, engineers, landscape designers), to ensure a common vision and that everything is in place to obtain building permits. To complete the space, we will source and specify all of the finishes, fixtures, and furnishings to reflect your brand, and provide you with a photo-realistic rendering of the space. At the end of this service, you will have a complete design package to be implemented by yourself or your contractor.

Budget Planning

We capture all the details of the design in a precise and thorough package of interior design construction drawings and schedules
Prices start at $10,000 +HST, based on size and scope of project. Time frame: 8-14 weeks. Customized fee proposal provided after design consultation
