STANDARD DESIGN SERVICE
A complete design package including construction drawings, product sourcing and photo-realistic renderings, plus construction management support
For those looking for assistance with the entire scope of design, INVISION Design will pull together a complete, detailed design package for your project. After a concept is approved, we will further develop the design, sourcing finishes, fixtures, and furnishings to reflect your brand, and provide you with a photo-realistic rendering of the space. The complete design will be documented in a precise interior design drawing and specification package, including floor plans, lighting & electrical layouts, elevations, construction details and more. We will co-ordinate with the project design team (architects, technologists, engineers, landscape designers), to ensure a common vision and guide you through the tender and/or permit process. During construction, project management services include: collaboration with design and build team, regular site visits, review of shop drawings, and problem-solving as challenges arise.
This service includes steps 1 through 7 of our signature 10-step design process. At the end of this service, you will have a complete design package as well as project management support during construction.

We will co-ordinate with the project design and construction team, review shop drawings and custom orders, and problem-solve as needed to ensure that the project stays on track with the design.
