Our clients were looking to retire in a quiet, established neighbourhood in Niagara-On-The-Lake, and found the perfect creekside property. The existing house was in disrepair and not suited to their needs, so they decided to embark on a new build journey. Working with the age and character of the existing neighbourhood, we collaborated with the architect to create a mid-century inspired bungalow, designed with modern conveniences for the next stage of our clients' life journey. The main floor includes an open concept living space, principal suite, laundry room and cozy guest room, while the basement is designed for entertainment and hobbies - a home theatre, pool table, gym, and craft room. The home features modern finishes with mid-century flair, including terrazo tile flooring, a ledgestone feature wall, mid-range woods tones and sleek black accents.
