For those looking for assistance with the entire scope of design, INVISION Design will pull together a complete, detailed design package for your project. After the concept is approved, we will develop the design into detailed construction drawings including floor plans, lighting & electrical layouts, elevations and design details. We will co-ordinate with the required consultants for your project (architects, technologists, engineers, landscape designers), to ensure a common vision and that everything is in place to obtain building permits. To complete the space, we will source and specify the perfect finishes, fixtures, and furnishings to reflect your style, and provide you with a photo-realistic rendering of the space. At the end of this service, you will have a complete design package to be implemented by yourself or your contractor.

1 - Consultation: We'll start with a 2-hour working session to kickstart your project

2 - Research & Concept Design: We will create a new holistic vision for your space including everything from architectural layouts to window treatments

3 - Concept Presentation: You will be presented with a design package including space plans and 3D renderings to guide your project

4 - Budget Planning: We will assist with full-picture budget planning to determine the final plan moving forward

5 - Design Development: The design comes together as we source finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, and develop all of the design details, while collaborating with our team of trusted consultants.

6 - Design Presentation: We will present you with a concise and complete interior design package ready for final pricing and construction.
Prices start at $10,000 +HST, based on size and scope of project. Time frame: 8-14 weeks. Customized fee proposal provided after design consultation
Without Jen our dream whole home renovation would not have become reality. She completed construction plans, electrical and lighting plans, and with computer modeling, was able to show us what the final design could be.
