Beyond our immediate team members, we have an extended team of trusted partners that we collaborate with, including architectural designers, engineers, landscape designers, contractors and suppliers. Jen Nickel Dipl.ID, ARIDO Registered Interior Designer
Owner & Principal Interior Designer
It was a love of puzzles and an innate desire to create that led Jen to the design field. After graduating at the top of her class at Fanshawe College’s Interior Design program in 2004, she acquired a wide range of experience in both residential and commercial design, including 9 years at an established architecture and engineering firm. In 2014, she completed the NCIDQ exams (National Council for Interior Design Qualifications) and has become an accredited professional interior designer as a member of ARIDO (Association for Registered Interior Designers of Ontario). Jen started Invision Design Solutions in 2016, and continues to pursue a desire to build a company focused on creating functional and inspiring spaces, prioritizing wellness and sustainability, and giving back to the community.
Charlene Leonard Dipl.ID
Assistant & Junior Designer
Charlene graduated with honours from Georgian College School of Design and Visual Arts with an advanced diploma in Interior Design, and also holds a diploma for Graphic Design & Art Fundamentals. She offers a combination of creative capabilities, technical skills, and a variety of design experience, including technical drafting and kitchen & bath design. Charlene is also a licensed real estate agent, bringing a valuable perspective on market trends and property value.
Trish Schroeder Dipl.ID, NCIDQ
Design and Drafting Technician
Trish began working in the design industry in 2005 after graduating from the Interior Design program at Fanshawe college. Her career quickly grew as she began working for different design firms across Canada, becoming involved in various sized projects within the commercial and residential industries. In 2009, she added to her credentials by completing her NCIDQ exam.
In 2012, her interest in design and building led her to the BC mountains where she began building a tiny home and furthering her understanding of construction. Over her many years in the design industry, Trish has realized the importance of creating naturally harmonious spaces and it is her intention to continue to create and incorporate regenerative design concepts into her work and personal surroundings.
